MICRO NANO TECH entity provides you access and use of our website (websites, including eliri.md) and social media operated by us, subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions of use. By accessing, browsing, and using our site, you agree to be bound by Site Terms and all applicable laws.

 

Conditions of Sale

Shipping. Unless the customer request otherwise, all orders will be shipped by UPS s courier service. Transfer time from our F.O.B. point Chisinau, Moldova to most European cities is one or two business days, to USA is 2-4 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent by E-mail.

Warranty. Microwires sales are final, no returns are accepted. Products which prove to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced without charge provided they are returned to the point of sale.

Limitation of liability. Seller is not liable for any special, incidental, consequential or vis major damages.

Privacy policy. All inquiries and sales transactions are confidential, and no information will be given out to third parties without your consent.

Intellectual property rights.  All Site materials are owned by us and are protected by laws. You may electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of the Sites for the sole purpose of using materials it contains for informational and non-commercial, personal use only. Any other use of the materials in the Sites (including any commercial use, reproduction for purposes other than described above, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance), without the prior written permission of MICRO NANO TECH, is strictly prohibited.

 

License and Site Access

MICRO NANO TECH grants you a limited license to make personal use only of the Site. Such grant does not include, without limitation:

(a) any resale or commercial use of the Sites or any Site Materials (defined below);

(d) the collection and use of any product listings or descriptions;

(e) making derivative uses of the Sites and any Site Materials; or

(f) use of any data mining, bots, spiders, automated tools or similar data gathering and extraction methods, directly or indirectly, on the Site Materials or to collect any information from the Sites or any other user of the Site.

Except as noted above, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under a patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of MICRO NANO TECH or any third party. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing MICRO NANO TECH's name, trademark, or product name without our express written consent. “Site Materials” means all materials on the Sites, including, without limitation, trademarks, design, product description, HTML text, graphics, other files, photographs, codes, software layout, design forms and the selection and arrangement thereof.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, for example:

• When you choose to contact us by form, we collect contact information: name, company namen, email, phone number, and country;
• When you subscribe to our newslatters, we collect your email.

We use the personal information that we collect to send you information about MICRO NANO TECH, about products and services, and other information intended for operate our business. Other purposes for collecting your personal information are releted to customer support,  product and service delivery, marketing and advertising, legal, security and safety reasons.
